2. Site visit — we assess the current condition, access, and technically significant points.
3. Scope of work and quotation — we clarify the scope of work and prepare cost items for the agreed scope.
4. Contract — the agreed work, the parties’ responsibilities, and the terms are set out in the contract.
5. Execution of works — we organise the interrelated stages of work in a technologically logical sequence.
6. Handover — we check the agreed scope of work and arrange the handover of the completed work.
7. Warranty terms — where applicable to the specific scope of work, these are set out in the project documentation and the contract.
