How is the price determined?
The price is influenced by the condition of the property, the area, the scope of works, technical complexity, the materials chosen and other conditions specific to the project. The starting prices stated are indicative.
Are materials included in the price?
Whether materials are included is confirmed in the specific quotation, as the specification varies between projects and the solutions chosen.
How long does renovation or construction take?
The timeframe is determined based on the property, the scope of works and the sequence of interrelated stages. A precise schedule is agreed for each specific project.
Is it possible to order only part of the works?
Yes, if the specific scope of works can be technically and correctly separated from the rest of the process. We define the boundaries of the works before drawing up the quotation.
Where does NordBuild carry out work?
Our main area of operation is Riga and the surrounding area. We assess the location of a specific property at the time of your enquiry.
How are the warranty terms determined?
Warranty terms are confirmed according to the specific scope of works and, where applicable, set out in the project documentation and contract.
